About the AGP-09
These guitars helped define the sound of modern concert classical guitar in the 1960s and were closely associated with Andrés Segovia. By 1966, the workshop was run by José Ramírez III (1922–1995), the third generation of the famous Madrid family. Under his leadership, Ramírez departed from traditional Torres-inspired guitars and pursued a larger, louder instrument with greater projection for concert halls. This was a significant evolution in classical guitar design. One of the defining characteristics is the 664 mm scale, which Segovia requested. It produces:
higher string tension
enormous headroom
excellent sustain
powerful bass response
Many modern players with smaller hands find the scale noticeably longer than contemporary classical guitars.
The detailed full-scale drawings cover every major component of the instrument and are intended for builders who already have a basic understanding of acoustic guitar construction.

Scott Antes AGP-14 Steel String "Orchestra (OM)" Guitar Plan
Designed by renowned guitar designer Scott E. Antes, the AGP-14 is a traditional OM (Similar to Martin® “Orchestra” Model) guitar plan. The Martin Orchestra Model (OM) is one of the most influential acoustic guitar designs ever created. Although the dreadnought eventually became Martin's bestseller, many builders and players consider the OM to be Martin's finest overall design because it balances comfort, projection, clarity, and responsiveness better than almost any other steel-string acoustic. This is a 25.4” Scale (645.16 MM) and similar to a Martin® OM.
These plans are printed at full-size (1:1 scale) on heavy white paper measuring 35½" × 23¾" and are printed in the USA. Each set is carefully folded to approximately 12" × 9" and shipped in a protective folder.

About the AGP-14
The AGP-14 is often considered the "Swiss Army knife" of acoustics. Before 1934, the OM and 14-fret 000 were very similar. Martin later shortened the 000 scale while retaining the OM's longer scale, creating the distinction we know today.
An OM is famous for having:
exceptional note separation
clear trebles
tight bass
excellent sustain
remarkable dynamic range
It excels at:
fingerstyle
flatpicking
Celtic music
blues
jazz
singer-songwriter accompaniment
Unlike a dreadnought, an OM doesn't overwhelm with bass. Every note stays distinct.
The detailed full-scale drawings cover every major component of the instrument and are intended for builders who already have a basic understanding of acoustic guitar construction.
